Alicja's fight is our fight.
Alicja Tysiac, a young Polish woman, suffering from a very serious visual handicap, has been refused the right to have an abortion for medical reasons in spite of her handicap. Her story shows the tragic situation of women who, today in Europe, are deprived of these fundamental rights.Alicja has won her trial against the polish government in front of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg that acknowledged the non respect of her individual rights. But she still has to face pressure and threats from the radical catholics.


Pour faire entendre l'exigence des féministes d'Europe d'une reconnaissance dans tous les pays du droit imprescriptible des femmes à disposer de leur corps, du droit à l'information, à la contraception, à l'avortement libre et gratuit.

L'histoire d'Alicja Tysiac, jeune femme polonaise, souffrant d'un grave handicap visuel qui s'est vu refuser un avortement malgré ce handicap, met douloureusement en évidence la situation tragique des femmes qui aujourd'hui en Europe sont privées de leurs droits fondamentaux.Alicja a gagné son procès contre le gouvernement polonais devant la Cour Européenne des Droits de l'Homme à Strasbourg, qui a reconnu le non respect de ses droits individuels; mais elle est toujours en butte aux pressions et aux menaces des intégristes catholiques.
